Short-Term/Vacation Rental Licensing Process Instructions

Short-term/vacation rental owners must obtain and maintain an annual Town of Payson license for each Payson property. This license is in addition to the county and state requirements outlined in the sections below.  Read the ordinance and resolution here: Ordinance No. 951; Resolution No. 3322.
